  • FoodCity India only acts as a facilitator of information.
  • All orders, reservations, or inquiries are handled directly between customers and restaurants.
  • FoodCity India is not liable for disputes, delays, cancellations, or quality issues.

6. Payments

  • If online payments are introduced, they will be processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
  • FoodCity India will not store sensitive payment details like card or UPI information.
  • Users must comply with applicable Indian payment laws, including RBI guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, and materials on the website are owned by FoodCity India or licensed to us.
  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
